Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
  • For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
    • US & Canada: Around 5-10 business days
    • UK & Europe: Around 7-14 business days
    • Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
    • Other countries: 10-20 business days

Expedited Shipping:

  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Rates and estimated delivery times for expedited shipping will be provided at checkout.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Harmony Mala is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Return Policy

Our Guarantee:

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@harmony-mala.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@harmony-mala.com.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged)

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
